As a Java Developer at Loop Future, you will design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications, contributing to product innovation, system integration, and technical excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support deployment processes, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
· Develop high-quality, reusable, and testable software components for scalable backend services using Java.
· Collaborate with the team to plan, refine, and improve development processes using agile methodologies.
· Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues proactively while working in a collaborative environment.
· Mentor and empower team members by enhancing their technical knowledge, confidence, and communication skills.
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to company-wide technology decisions.
· 5+ years of experience in Java development
· Strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot framework
· Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
· Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
· Experience building highly scalable, high-performance backend services
· Ability to work independently in an agile environment
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges effectively
