About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee (IEFP). In addition to hands‑on business analysis tasks, this role includes responsibility for managing and guiding a small support team, making it ideal for someone with strong organizational and leadership potential.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Business Analysis
- Produce reports on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Prepare structured presentations based on operational data and insights.
- Act as a bridge between business operations and the supporting software solutions.
- Identify and help resolve critical operational issues on a day‑to‑day basis.
Stakeholder & Support Management
- Maintain direct contact with key stakeholders involved in the operation.
- Provide operational support and call center teams via ticketing systems.
- Collect, structure, and communicate feedback and issues raised by stakeholders.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Manage a small support team of trainees (2–3 people).
- Ensure task distribution, priority alignment, and continuous follow‑up of activities.
- Support team development, promote collaboration, and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Contribute to the efficiency and reliability of the overall support operation.
Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Support Loop’s technical team by translating operational needs into clear requirements.
- Create and manage cards / user stories reflecting stakeholder and operational challenges.
- Ensure strong alignment between operational priorities and technical execution.
Requirements
- Academic background in Business Analysis, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar areas.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, synthesize information, and present clear solutions.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
- Interest in leadership and team coordination.
- Proactive attitude and resilience in fast‑paced operational environments.
