The focus of these roles is Appian development — designing, building, and improving process automation solutions on the Appian platform.
However, we also welcome professionals with experience in BPM, process modelling, or RPA who want to apply their logical thinking and problem-solving mindset in Appian projects.

For Junior Developers
· Learn and develop on the Appian Low-Code BPM platform.
· Support the design, configuration, and automation of workflows, interfaces, and processes.
· Apply logical and structured thinking to analyze and model business processes, using Appian or other BPM/RPA tools.
· Collaborate with senior consultants and architects to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
· Assist in testing, debugging, and maintaining Appian applications.
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
For Tech Leads
· Lead the design and delivery of Appian applications, ensuring architectural quality and best practices.
· Define and promote standards in BPM and process automation within the team.
· Integrate complementary BPM or RPA technologies where appropriate.
· Apply systems thinking and structured problem-solving to translate business needs into Appian workflows.
· Mentor junior developers and foster technical curiosity and excellence across the team.
· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
· Proven experience with Appian or other BPM platforms (e.g. Pega, Camunda, IBM BPM, Bizagi, Blue Prism).
· Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with curiosity to explore and improve processes.
· Understanding of process modelling, automation, and workflow design.
· Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
· For Tech Lead: at least 4–5 years of Appian or BPM project experience, with technical or architectural leadership.
· Appian Level 1 certification.
· Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
· Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, or JavaScript.
