Key Responsibilities

• Learn and grow as a consultant on the Appian BPM platform.
• Support the design and configuration of workflows, user interfaces, and business processes in Appian.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, business analysts, and architects to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and maintaining applications.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Junior profile (recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience).
• Background in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• First hands-on exposure to Appian or other BPM platforms (e.g. Pega, Camunda, IBM BPM).
• Strong interest in Business Process Management and willingness to specialize in Appian.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
